Mermaid SUP Yoga & Tour
If you were a mermaid, where would you practice yoga? On a paddleboard in the ocean, of course!
Be a mermaid for a day during this Mermaid SUP Yoga & Tour experience, co-led by Amy Sinclair + Alexandra Hampton of SEAVASANA!
After 15 minutes of paddle boarding instruction, we will tour around the beautiful back waterways of New Castle, NH until we reach our anchor spot for paddleboard yoga. Alexandra will lead us through an under-the-sea inspired SUP Yoga class, moving through water-themed poses with the fluidity and grace of a mermaid. Health + Happiness Coach, Amy, will lead us through a self-love meditation during the tail end of class, which you can take home to connect with your inner mermaid when needed.
After class, you’ll have the chance to put on a mermaid tail and splash around for a photoshoot!
